Hazard Reporting

REPORT A ROAD HAZARD IN OUR MAINTENANCE AREAS

Road Hazard Reporting

This form is not a substitute for 911. If you encounter a road situation that requires the attention of police, fire or ambulance, please call 911 first.

EMCON SERVICES monitors for incoming information and requests for service continually and tries to provide a meaningful response as quickly as possible. Our 1-800 number is answered 24/7 and information is passed to our field and operational staff immediately.

Please note, while we track and respond to all comments or service requests, there are times when events — including severe weather or other natural occurrences — conspire to make responses more challenging. We’re human. Be patient. We value your input. We’ll get back to you as soon as we can.

We encourage the public to report changing road conditions or emergency situations that could cause a hazard to the driving public such as:

– animal carcass

– avalanches

– drainage or flooding problems

– fallen trees

– highway or bridge damage

– mudslides

– pavement marking

– potholes

– road debris

– sign damage

– snow and ice

– washouts
