Role Overview:
As a Receptionist/Administration Clerk at Emcon Services Inc., you will play a crucial role in our Corporate office. Your primary responsibilities will include general office clerical tasks like typing, data processing, filing, telephone reception, and client/customer support. This role demands a keen eye for detail, precision, and utmost confidentiality while supporting our Corporate office members.
Key Qualifications:
- Exceptional organizational skills
- Proficient in data entry and computer operations
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Access, Explorer Contract Manager)
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a dynamic and bustling office environment
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
